Foundation Matters was created to work directly with youth and parents to empower them to succeed in life by tapping on a number of tools, including academics, emotional intelligence, mental health, nutrition, and wellness.

Can you provide more information about the LEARN Methodology?The proprietary LEARN methodology was created by Dr. Karla Garjaka and is the culmination of her 30 years of experience in education. It leverages the best available research (some of which was conducted directly by Dr. Karla herself) and distills her insights for early education in the five key pillars to empower our youth to become successful: L - Listening, E - Emotional Intelligence, A - Athletics, R - Reading, and N - Nutritional awareness.
